Ingredients

Liver pancakes

  • 600 g chicken livers
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g plain flour
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • vegetable oil, to fry

Filling

  • 160 g onion, cut into quarters
  • 100 g carrot, cut into slices
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 40 g vegetable oil
  • 85 g tomato sauce (see Tips)
  • 100 g mayonnaise (see Tips)

Assembly

  • 20 g mayonnaise (see Tips)
  • fresh dill, leaves only, to serve (see Tips)
  • 50 g green capsicum, deseeded and cut into cubes (0.5 cm)
  • 50 g red capsicum, deseeded and cut into cubes (0.5 cm)
