  • 15 g sesame oil
  • 10 g red chilli oil
  • 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded and cut into thin strips
  • 1 green capsicum, deseeded and cut into thin strips
  • 40 g oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 200 g fresh bean sprouts
  • sesame seeds, toasted, to serve
