  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 can marinated artichoke hearts, (approx. 14 oz can or jar), drained
  • 8 oz heavy cream
  • 2 oz sour cream
  • 8 sprigs fresh parsley, leaves only, chopped
  • 4 sprigs fresh basil, leaves only, chopped, plus extra to garnish
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper, to taste
