Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 220 g water, room temperature
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 2 tsp dried instant yeast
    or 20 g fresh yeast, crumbled
  • 400 g strong white bread flour
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 30 g extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for greasing

Topping and Finalisation

  • 100 g courgette, ends removed, halved vertically if too thick to fit in feeder
  • 120 g red onions, halved vertically
  • 80 g fresh button mushrooms, stems removed
  • 100 g yellow pepper, cut in wedges that fit in feeder
  • 100 g red pepper, cut in wedges that fit in feeder
  • 200 g tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 200 g grated mozzarella
    or 200 g grated cheese, for pizza (see tip)
  • 2 - 3 pinches fine sea salt, to taste
  • 2 - 3 pinches ground black pepper, to taste
