  • 1 ½ - 2 tsp fine sea salt to taste

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp pickled capers
  • 1 plum tomato cut in pieces
  • 1 ½ - 2 tsp fine sea salt to taste
  • ½ - 1 tsp ground black pepper to taste
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 560 g chicken breast fillets, skinless cut in bite-size pieces
  • 80 g sherry
  • olive oil for frying
