  • 4 oz low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 ½ - 3 oz sugar, to taste
  • 1 ½ - 2 oz honey, to taste
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 oz all-purpose flour
  • 2 oz protein powder, or 2 oz Homemade Protein Powder (see Tip)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
