  • 150 g carrots, peeled, cut in pieces that fit through feeder tube
  • 20 g red curly chillies, cut in diagonal slices
  • 2 cm galangal, bruised
  • 2 fresh bay leaves
  • 25 g dried shrimp, soaked to soften
  • 20 g cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground white pepper
