Ingredients

Raspberry sauce

  • 300 g fresh raspberries
    or 300 g frozen raspberries, defrosted
  • 100 - 150 g sugar, to taste
  • 30 g lemon juice
  • butter, for greasing

Quinoa puddings

  • 300 g orange juice, freshly squeezed (4-5 oranges)
  • 300 g coconut milk, fresh or canned
  • 50 g pitted dates
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon, adjust to taste,
    or ¼ - ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • 160 g quinoa
  • ½ vanilla pod
    or ½ tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana (approx. 100 g), cut in slices
  • 500 g water
  • 50 g mixed fresh berries
