  • 60 g broccoli florets
  • 30 g blanched almonds
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese, cut into pieces (3 cm)
  • 80 g grapeseed oil
  • 1 ½ tsp cider vinegar
  • 2 - 3 sprigs fresh basil, leaves only

Zoodles

  • 200 g zucchini, ends trimmed. If large, trimmed in a circular shape to fit the feeder
  • 200 g carrots, ends trimmed, cut into pieces no longer the pusher
  • 500 g water
