Rainbow cauliflower sushi

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 ½ tsp wasabi paste

- 1 - 2 tbsp tamari gluten free (see Tip)
- 1 - 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 3 - 4 tsp Sriracha sauce to taste
