  • 3 tsp rice wine vinegar

Filling

  • 5 nori sheets (seaweed sheets)
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin batons
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into thin batons (approx. 5 cm long)
  • 100 g smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • ½ avocado, cut into strips
  • wasabi paste, to serve
  • soy sauce, to serve
