Jerk spice-rubbed chicken
- 6 spring onions/shallots, trimmed and cut into thirds

Pineapple slaw
- ½ white cabbage (approx. 400 g), cut into pieces (5 cm)
- ½ fresh pineapple (approx. 250 g), peeled, cored and cut into pieces (4 cm)

- 20 g grapeseed oil (see Tips)
- 20 g lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 1 lime, cut into wedges, to serve
