  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 240 g tinned chickpeas, rinsed, drained (1 x 400 g tin, see tip)
  • 40 g tahini (see tip)
  • 60 g extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 lemon, finely grated zest only and 30 g juice
  • 3 tsp sumac, plus extra for sprinkling
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 400 - 500 g vegetable crudités (e.g. carrots, celery, peppers), for serving
