- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds

- 50 g natural yoghurt, plus extra to serve (optional)
- 10 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 100 g water
- 6 yellow squash, cut into quarters
- 220 g sweet potatoes, peeled (peel reserved) and flesh cut into pieces (3 cm)
- 200 g cauliflower florets
- 10 fresh curry leaves

- 60 g frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 60 g fresh baby spinach leaves
- 600 g cooked rice, to serve (optional)
