  • ½ tsp ground black pepper, plus extra to taste
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 750 g water

  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 3 sprigs fresh coriander leaves, for garnishing
