Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves only
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp dried red chili flakes (optional)

  • 6 green onions cut into pieces
  • ½ oz extra virgin olive oil plus extra to drizzle
  • 10 - 20 fresh dill fronds to taste
  • 1 lemon thin peel only, no white pith
  • ½ tsp salt divided, to taste, plus extra to season
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper divided, plus extra to season
  • 6 oz baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 6 oz feta cheese crumbled

Assembly

  • 16 oz asparagus, green trimmed
  • 1 lemon sliced
