  • 20 g mint leaves
  • 20 g fresh coriander, cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • 150 g water
  • 10 g cornflour (starch)
  • 60 g roasted peanuts, salted or unsalted
  • 200 g onions, cut in wedges (approx. 4cm)
  • 30 g oil
  • 350 g beef fillet steak, cut in strips (6 cm x 1 cm)
  • 30 g fresh lemon grass, sliced diagonally (approx. 1-2 mm)
  • 20 g fish sauce
  • 10 g honey
  • 10 g sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp hot chilli oil (optional)
    or 1 tsp sriracha sauce (optional)
  • 1 lime, cut in wedges
  • 1 red chilli, thinly sliced (approx. 1-2 mm)
  • 1 baguette, cut in slices (approx. 1-2 cm)
