  • 12 oz ripe bananas (approx. 4 bananas), cut into pieces
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 oz all-purpose flour
  • 1 oz corn starch
  • 2 tbsp black cocoa powder (see Tip)
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 ½ oz black tahini (see Tip)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • black sesame seeds, to sprinkle (optional)

  • ½ - 1 oz sugar
  • 8 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
