    or 2 oz coconut water
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 5 oz unsalted butter
  • 15 sheets phyllo dough

Raita Dip

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, deseeded and peeled and cut into pieces (3 in.)
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint leaves
  • 7 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
