  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp salt, to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 6 ½ oz long-grain white rice
  • 13 oz chicken stock
  • 6 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 12 oz large shrimp, raw, peeled, deveined
  • 2 - 3 green onions, sliced to serve
