  • ½ red onion, cut into pieces
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, halved
  • ½ lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 70 g extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
  • sea salt, to season
  • ground black pepper, to season
  • 30 g harissa paste (see Tip)
  • 30 g flaked almonds, toasted, plus extra to garnish
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley, leaves only, fully dried, fried (optional)
