  • 10 oz Granny Smith apples, stems removed, ends trimmed, cored and trimmed to fit blade width

    trimmed in a circular shape to fit blade width
  • 8 oz radishes, ends trimmed
  • ½ oz fresh parsley, leaves only
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ oz maple syrup
  • 2 oz red wine vinegar
  • 6 oz avocado oil
  • 4 oz pomegranate arils/seeds
  • 3 oz hazelnuts
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
