  • 5 ½ oz risotto rice (e.g. Carnaroli, Arborio) 14-15 minutes cooking time
  • 1 oz dry white wine
  • 14 ½ oz water
  • ½ stock cube meat or vegetable
    or ½ heaping tsp stock paste meat or vegetable
  • ½ tsp salt
