Ingredients

Marinade

  • 3 oz Stone's Green Ginger Wine
  • 24 oz pork tenderloin (approx. 2-3 fillets), trimmed and cut into strips (½ in. x 4 in.)
    or 24 oz center cut bone-in pork loin, trimmed and cut into strips (½ in. x 4 in.)
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Black Bean Sauce

  • ½ - 1 fresh chili, seeds removed if preferred (e.g. serrano) (optional)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 can low sodium black beans (approx. 15 oz)
  • 2 oz soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
    or 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  • 3 oz water
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Rice and Vegetables

  • 10 ½ oz long-grain white rice
  • 32 oz water
  • 1 bunch broccolini (approx. 6.5 oz), trimmed and cut into thirds
  • 1 can bamboo shoots (approx. 8 oz), rinsed and drained
  • 1 green onion, trimmed and thinly sliced, to garnish
  • 1 - 2 sprigs fresh cilantro, leaves only, to garnish
