  • 30 g extra virgin olive oil plus some extra to cook pasta
  • 400 g dried penne pasta (or other short type pasta)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 350 g canned tuna, in brine or water drained
  • 150 - 250 g cherry tomatoes cut in halves
  • 20 g fresh basil leaves
  • 80 g vinegar
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 10 g honey
