  • 1 jalapeño pepper de-stemmed (halved, lengthwise)
  • 2 in. fresh ginger in pieces (¼ in.)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 stalk fresh lemongrass in pieces (2 in.)
  • 8 oz water
  • ¼ tsp salt to taste
