  • 1 oz vegetable oil
  • ½ oz whole grain mustard
  • 1 tsp honey, to taste

Fall Salad

  • 1 pear, e.g. Bosc, D'Anjou, Bartlett (sliced)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 7 oz mixed salad greens
  • 2 oz dried cherries
  • 2 oz chopped pecans, toasted (see Tip)
  • 2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 6 fresh basil leaves, torn
