Gyros spice mix
- 10 g chilli powder

- 5 g ground paprika (sweet or hot)

- 5 g garlic powder
- 10 g dried parsley

- 5 g dried thyme
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
Tzatziki
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 g cucumber, deseeded and cut into pieces (2-3 cm)
- 250 g sour cream
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp dried mixed herbs (e.g. dill, mint, oregano)
Pork gyros
- 400 g pork fillets, cut into strips (6 x 5 mm)
- 80 g vegetable oil
- 60 g brown onion, cut into halves, then cut into thin slices (5 mm)
