  • 200 g beef rump steak, cut into thin strips (approx. 3 x 0.5 cm)
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 15 g honey
  • 70 g teriyaki sauce
  • 20 g sesame oil
  • 20 g sake
  • 15 g lime juice

Rice

  • 180 g short-grain white rice
  • 1000 g water
  • 1 tsp salt, plus extra to season

  • 6 spring onions/shallots, cut into thin slices (5 mm)
