  • 10 oz Chianti wine
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 10 oz beef stock
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tbsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • ½ oz unsalted butter
  • 50 oz water
