- 3 ½ oz Persian cucumber, cut into pieces (1 in.)
- 2 sprigs fresh dill fronds, plus extra to garnish
- 8 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt, to taste
