- 150 - 200 g red pepper, to taste, cut in wedges

- 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ½ - 1 tsp chilli powder, to taste
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 ¼ - 1 ½ tsp fine sea salt, plus extra to taste
- 500 g chicken breast fillet, skinless, cut in thin strips
