Prune and orange stuffing

- 2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- ¼ tsp ground white pepper
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
