Ingredients

  • 24 raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 80 g onions, cut in halves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g salad cucumbers, preferably unpeeled, cut in pieces
  • 1 lemon, sliced, each slice quartered
  • 500 g water
  • 1 heaped tsp vegetable stock paste, homemade,
    or 1 vegetable stock cube (for 0.5 l)
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 200 g milk
  • 40 g flour
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)
