  • 90 g onions
  • 30 g butter
  • 500 g water
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable stock paste (see Tips), to taste
  • 1 sprig fresh dill, leaves only
  • 200 g potatoes, peeled and cut in pieces (3 cm)
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp raw sugar (optional)
  • 100 g whipping cream
    or 100 g natural yoghurt
