    or 5 g fresh flat-leaf parsley (small handful)
  • 40 g shallots
    or 40 g onion
  • 250 g fresh salmon fillets, diced (3 cm)
  • 2 limes, juice only (approx. 35 g)
  • 60 g olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp pickled capers, drained (15 g) (optional)
  • ¼ tsp salt, adjust to taste
  • 4 pinches ground black pepper, adjust to taste
  • 100 g salad leaves, to serve
