  • 300 g white Jasmine rice, rinsed
  • 30 g multigrain rice, rinsed
  • 200 g baby kai lan, rinsed
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tsp Chinese rice wine (Shaoxing Hua Tiao) (optional)
  • ½ tsp chicken stock powder, homemade or store-bought
  • 3 tbsp hot water
