Ingredients

Turkey Burgers

  • 16 oz ground turkey
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 ½ oz yellow onion
  • 12 sprigs cilantro, leaves only (approx. 20 leaves)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Avocado Dressing

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 6 ½ oz avocado, cut into pieces (1 in.) (approx. 1 lg. avocado)
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
    or 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Cooking and Assembly

  • 6 slices bacon, cut in half (3 short pieces per burger)
  • 3 ½ oz Roma tomatoes, sliced (approx. 2 md. tomatoes)
  • 4 - 8 pieces butter lettuce
  • 4 burger buns, toasted
