  • 2 oz chicken stock
  • 2 oz soy sauce
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • ½ oz Chinese cooking wine
    or ½ oz dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • ¼ tsp dried red chili flakes, to taste

Sauté

  • 35 oz water
  • 10 oz long-grain white rice
  • 6 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 green onions, sliced, to garnish
    or 3 garlic chives, sliced, to garnish
