  • 5 oz celery stalks
  • 5 oz fennel bulb, cut into pieces that fit into feeder tube

Dressing

  • ½ oz fresh dill fronds (see Tip)
  • 2 ½ oz vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ oz plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ oz Dijon mustard
  • ½ oz apple cider vinegar
    or ½ oz red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt, to taste
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper, to taste
