  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp capers, drained

  • 10 oz dried bow-tie pasta (11 minutes cooking time)
  • 3 oz baby spinach
    or 3 oz Swiss chard, stem removed, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz baby arugula
  • 4 oz pesto sauce (see Tip)
