- ¼ red cabbage, finely shredded
- 8 - 10 sprigs fresh coriander, leaves only, roughly chopped
- 8 - 10 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves only, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp pickled capers, drained and rinsed (optional)
