  • 3 oz carrots, sliced on the bias
  • 2 oz sugar snap peas, cut on the bias
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 4 green onions, cut on a bias
  • ½ oz cilantro leaves, chopped

Sauté

  • 1 oz sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 2 oz Chinese sausage, precooked, diced (⅛ in.) (optional)
