  • 2 tsp vegetable stock paste
  • 1 ½ tsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt, to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 sprigs fresh dill, to serve
  • 4 tbsp sour cream, to serve
  • 1 lemon, sliced, to garnish
