  • 6 oz maple syrup
  • 1 ½ oz stone ground mustard, to taste
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Chicken Parcels

  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
  • salt, to season
  • ground black pepper, to season

  • 2 oz dried cranberries (optional)
    or 2 oz raisins (optional)

  • 8 oz acorn squash, washed, cut into rings or wedges (1 in), seeded
  • cinnamon, to sprinkle
  • 4 tbsp toasted pine nuts, to garnish (optional)
