  • ½ lime
  • 5 oz pork tenderloin, sliced thinly in strips (¼ in.)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 - 3 tsp soy sauce, to taste
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ¼ tsp ginger paste
  • 1 - 2 dashes fish sauce (optional)
