  • 1 mooli, peeled, halved lengthways (approx. 800 g)
    or 1 kohlrabi, peeled, halved cut in wedges that fit through feeder
  • 120 g red radishes, ends removed
  • 200 g cucumber, unpeeled, ends removed
  • 50 g Japanese pickled ginger, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 60 g spring onions, roughly chopped
  • 5 g fresh coriander leaves, plus extra for garnishing
  • 30 g rice vinegar
  • 40 g light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 - 2 tsp wasabi paste, to taste
  • 40 - 50 g toasted sesame oil, to taste
  • 4 fresh salmon fillets, thick cut, boneless (approx. 250-300 g each)
  • 800 g water
  • 250 g soba noodles, dried
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds, for garnishing
  • 2 tsp black sesame seeds, for garnishing
