• Simply place 7.5 - 14.5 oz jasmine rice, 11 - 21.5 oz water, ½ - 2 tsp oil and ½ - 1 tsp fine sea salt into mixing bowl then, place simmering basket onto mixing bowl lid and start Rice Cooker.

• Transfer cooked rice to a serving dish, stir gently with spatula and serve hot.

• For an even more authentic experience, add extra aromatic flavor to your jasmine rice by placing a stalk of lemongrass and a lime leaf (or half a lime) in the mixing bowl before cooking.
